Natalya Komarova is the Governor of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra region, appointed by President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. In her role as Governor, Natalya Komarova manages a regional state body of the Russian Federation and is responsible for implementing state policies at regional level. As Governor, Natalya Komarova has benefited from President Vladimir Putin’s amendments to Russian administrative law, which allow her the option of remaining in power for additional years. Natalya Komarova is also involved in the illegal transportation of Ukrainian children to Russia and their adoption by Russian families. Natalya Komarova’s actions violate the rights of Ukrainian children and infringe Ukrainian law and administrative order. Therefore, Natalya Komarova is supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.

Natalya Komarova est gouverneur de l’okroug autonome des Khantys-Mansis – région de Iougra, nommée par le président de la Fédération de Russie Vladimir Poutine. En sa qualité de gouverneur, Natalya Komarova gère un organe étatique régional de la Fédération de Russie et est responsable de la mise en œuvre de politiques de l’État au niveau régional. En tant que gouverneur, Natalya Komarova a bénéficié des modifications apportées par le président Vladimir Poutine au droit administratif russe, qui lui donnent la possibilité de rester au pouvoir pendant plusieurs années supplémentaires.
