Aimani Kadyrova is the President of the Kadyrov Foundation. The Kadyrov Foundation carries out re-education programmes for Ukrainian children and teenagers, subjecting them to militaristic training with the intent of alienating them from their home country and relatives. Furthermore, the Kadyrov Foundation provides financial incentives to the families of the Chechen fighters involved in Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine to attract new volunteers and keep those already fighting motivated. Since the beginning of the war of aggression, the Kadyrov Foundation has provided food and technical equipment to Russian and separatist fighters in Ukraine. In her position, Aimani Kadyrova is supporting actions which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. Furthermore, she is conducting transactions with the separatist groups in the Donbas region of Ukraine and she is associated with Ramzan Akhmadovitch Kadyrov.

Aimani Kadyrova est la présidente de la fondation Kadyrov. La fondation Kadyrov mène des programmes de rééducation pour les enfants et adolescents ukrainiens, soumettant ceux-ci à une formation militaire dans le but de les aliéner de leur pays d'origine et de leurs familles. En outre, la fondation Kadyrov fournit des incitations financières aux familles des combattants tchétchènes participant à la guerre d'agression menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine afin d'attirer de nouveaux volontaires et de maintenir la motivation de ceux qui sont déjà engagés dans les combats. Depuis le début de la guerre d'agression, la fondation Kadyrov fournit des denrées alimentaires et des équipements techniques aux combattants russes et séparatistes en Ukraine. Dans le cadre de ses fonctions, Aimani Kadyrova apporte un soutien à des actions qui compromettent et menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine. En outre, elle réalise des transactions avec les groupes séparatistes dans la région ukrainienne du Donbass et est associée à Ramzan Akhmadovitch Kadyrov.
