Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation

Tatyana Alexeyevna Golikova is a Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation responsible for social policy, labour, health and pension provision. She is a Presidium member of the Coordinating Council under the Government to meet the needs of the Armed Forces of Russia, other troops, military formations and bodies for Russia’s war against Ukraine. She has participated in and approved the Russian government's decisions on the mobilisation in Russia, by which she has directly supported and been involved in Russia’s war against Ukraine. She is also ultimately responsible for the conduct of Russia’s educational system in the illegally annexed territories of Ukraine. In taking on and acting in this capacity, she is responsible for, supporting or implementing actions or policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, or stability or security in Ukraine, or which obstruct the work of international organisations in Ukraine.

Tatyana Alexeyevna Golikova est vice-Première ministre de la Fédération de Russie, chargée de la politique sociale, du travail, de la santé et des retraites. Membre du présidium du Conseil de coordination sous l'autorité du gouvernement visant à répondre aux besoins des forces armées russes, autres troupes, formations militaires et organes pour la guerre menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine. Elle a participé à l'élaboration des décisions du gouvernement russe relatives à la mobilisation en Russie et elle les a approuvées; elle a ainsi directement soutenu la guerre menée par la Russie contre l'Ukraine et elle est impliquée dans cette guerre. Elle est également responsable en dernier ressort de la conduite du système éducatif russe dans les territoires ukrainiens illégalement annexés. En assumant cette fonction et en agissant en cette qualité, elle est responsable d'actions ou de politiques qui compromettent ou menacent l'intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l'indépendance de l'Ukraine, ou la stabilité ou la sécurité en Ukraine, ou qui font obstruction à l'action d'organisations internationales en Ukraine, ou soutient ou met en œuvre de telles actions ou politiques.

Ранее в совет директоров этого завода входил сын Христенко. | В расследовании ФБК отмечалось, что Христенко и Голикова арендуют дома в Пестово, стоимость которых может составлять около 100 млн рублей в месяц. Арендодателем является ООО «ИМТЕХНОСЕРВИС», которое принадлежит офшору «Йошоирро Холдингз Лимитед», расположенному на Маршалловых островах. Голикова и Христенко также являются владельцами таунхауса в «Острове фантазий», стоимость которого может составлять около 2 млрд рублей.

Возможные нарушения закона | В действиях Голиковой Татьяны Алексеевны могут содержаться признаки следующих составов преступлений, предусмотренных УК РФ: | — Ст. 210 УК РФ «Организация преступного сообщества (преступной организации) или участие в нем (ней)», то есть участие в деятельности преступного сообщества, созданного с целью насильственного незаконного удержания власти вопреки требованиям Конституции РФ, и систематического совершения других преступлений против власти, правосудия, интересов службы и мира. | — Ст. 285 УК РФ «Злоупотребление должностными полномочиями» то есть использование должностным лицом своих служебных полномочий вопреки интересам службы и с корыстной или иной личной заинтересованностью.
