Function: Russian propagandist: working for RIA Novosti

Victoria Nikiforova is a Russian propagandist and columnist at RIA Novosti, a Russian State-owned domestic news agency under the effective State control of Rossiya Segodnya. She is a central figure in Government propaganda and has denied Ukraine's right to exist, as well as the ability of the Ukrainian people to decide for itself. She describes the Ukrainian people as “brainwashed” and “taken hostage” and thus promotes a positive attitude towards the Russian aggression against Ukraine. Victoria Nikiforova is therefore responsible for, supporting or implementing actions or policies which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, or stability or security in Ukraine.

Victoria Nikiforova est une propagandiste russe et chroniqueuse de RIA Novosti, une agence de presse nationale détenue par l’État russe sous contrôle étatique effectif de Rossiya Segodnya. Elle est une figure centrale de la propagande gouvernementale et a nié le droit d’exister de l’Ukraine, ainsi que la capacité du peuple ukrainien à décider pour lui-même. Elle décrit le peuple ukrainien comme ayant subi un "lavage de cerveau" et ayant été "pris en otage" et promeut ainsi une attitude positive à l’égard de l’agression russe contre l’Ukraine. Victoria Nikiforova est donc responsable de soutenir ou mettre en œuvre des actions ou des politiques compromettant ou menaçant l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine, ou la stabilité ou la sécurité en Ukraine
