In his former leadership position as Head of the Prevention Department of the Main Department of Law Enforcement and Prevention of the Public Security Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he was responsible for the repression and intimidation campaign led by the police forces in the wake of the 2020 presidential election, in particular arbitrary arrests and ill-treatment, including torture, of peaceful demonstrators as well as intimidation and violence against journalists. He remains active in the Lukashenka regime as associate professor at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Dans le cadre de ses anciennes fonctions dirigeantes en sa qualité de chef de la direction de la prévention au sein de la direction générale de l’application des lois et de la prévention de la police de sécurité publique du ministère de l’intérieur, il a été responsable de la campagne de répression et d’intimidation menée par les forces de police à la suite de l’élection présidentielle de 2020, en particulier d’arrestations arbitraires et de mauvais traitements, y compris la torture, de manifestants pacifiques, ainsi que d’intimidations et de violences à l’encontre de journalistes. Il continue de jouer un rôle actif dans le régime de Loukachenka en tant que professeur associé au sein de l’Académie du ministère de l’intérieur.
