However, the Panel could not locate OMM Dalian's official registration (see Footnote 87 (p. 59) of the UN Panel of Experts February 2015 report). Annex 14 (p. 119) of the February 2015 report shows an illegible telephone number and email address. A possible reading for the number is 850-2-18111-859-8618. Annex 21.2 (p. 136) shows a scan with illegible contact details, including address, email address, telephone number and website. A possible reading for the website is www.silibank.com. Furthermore, Annex 25.6 (p. 169) of the February 2015 report notes the telephone number "55 11 2729 9571" in the email signature of Yonggun Ju, but it is unclear whether it refers to the company or the individual.
