Dobrolet was a subsidiary of a Russian State-owned airline. Since the illegal annexation of Crimea Dobrolet has so far exclusively operated flights between Moscow and Simferopol. It therefore facilitated the integration of the illegally annexed Autonomous Republic of Crimea into the Russian Federation and undermined Ukrainian sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Dobrolet était une filiale d'une compagnie aérienne publique russe. Depuis l'annexion illégale de la Crimée, Dobrolet assurait exclusivement des vols entre Moscou et Simferopol. Elle a donc facilité l'intégration de la “République autonome de Crimée” annexée illégalement dans la Fédération de Russie et compromis la souveraineté et l'intégrité territoriale de l'Ukraine.
