Descriptions

Dmitry Vinnikov is the former Head of the Belarusian Pinsk border detachment and current Head of the Gomel border group. In those capacities, he has been responsible for supervising the security of the border in the Pinsk area, including the border between Belarus and Ukraine, and the passage of individuals and goods through this border. He is part of the Belarusian army, which has supported Russian military aggression against Ukraine of 24 February 2022. Russian troops crossed the border between Belarus and Ukraine in the Pinsk area as part of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. He is therefore responsible for and actively supporting actions undermining the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, as well as stability and security in Ukraine.

Dmitry Vinnikov est l’ancien chef du détachement de garde-frontières biélorusse de Pinsk et actuel chef du groupe frontalier de Gomel. À ces titres, il a eu la responsabilité de superviser la sécurité de la frontière dans la région de Pinsk, y compris la frontière entre la Biélorussie et l’Ukraine, ainsi que le passage de personnes et de marchandises par cette frontière. Il appartient à l’armée biélorusse, qui a soutenu l’agression militaire russe contre l’Ukraine du 24 février 2022. Les troupes russes ont franchi la frontière entre la Biélorussie et l’Ukraine dans la région de Pinsk dans le cadre de la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine. Il est donc responsable d’actions compromettant l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine, ainsi que la stabilité et la sécurité en Ukraine, et soutient activement ces actions.
