Asia Pacific Links is a company based in Hong Kong owned by Anton Sergeyevich Trofimov, a Russian national. Asia Pacific Links has been the largest supplier of microelectronic components to Russian companies since the beginning of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. Such components are used for the fabrication of Orlan drones used by the Russian military in Ukraine. Between 1 March and 30 September 2022, Asia Pacific Links increased its business sharply, making it LLC SMT-iLogic’s biggest supplier, according to Russian customs records. Therefore, Asia Pacific Links is supporting materially actions which undermine or threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
