Rawafed Damascus Private Joint Stock Company is a company operating in development and construction. It was founded with 25.9 billion Syrian pounds in capital, and owned by Damascus Cham Holding Group in partnership with four companies including Ramak Development and Humanitarian Projects LLC (Rami Makhlouf). Damascus Cham Holding received 49% of shares in the company in exchange for an in-kind contribution (the land on which the buildings would be built, valued at 12.7 billion Syrian pounds). The strategic partners bought 51% of the company for 13.2 billion Syrian pounds. The new company invested in a variety of economic sectors, import and export business, services, consulting, and the management of commercial, tourism and agricultural projects, as well as developing and investing in real estate. Rawafed Damascus Private Joint Stock Company is subject to US and EU sanctions.
شركة روافد دمشق المساهمة المغفلة الخاصة. تأسست برأسمال 25.9 مليار ليرة سورية من مجموعة دمشق الشام بالاشتراك مع 4 شركات بينها راماك للمشاريع التنموية والإنسانية، وذلك لتنفيذ واستثمار 3 مقاسم سكنية واستثمارية في ماروتا سيتي. حصلت شركة دمشق الشام القابضة على 49% لقاء أسهم عينية (قيمة الأرض التي ستقام عليها الأبنية) بقيمة 12.7مليار ليرة سورية، وحصل الشركاء الاستراتيجيون على نسبة 51% لقاء أسهم نقدية بقيمة 13.2 مليار ليرة سورية. سيشمل عمل الشركة الجديدة الاستثمار في مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية وأعمال الاستيراد والتصدير وتقديم الخدمات والاستشارات، وإدارة المشاريع التجارية والخدمية والسياحية والزراعية واستثمارها وتطويرها والمشاركة فيها وشراء وبيع وتأجير واستئجار العقارات. مدرجة في قوائم العقوبات الأمريكية. مدرجة في قوائم العقوبات الأوروبية شملتها العقوبات البريطانية في 22/01/2019
