FORSS is a Russian company which provides engineering services to the shipbuilding industry. It fulfils orders made by the Government of the Russian Federation. It took part in the development of the “Vasily Bykov” Black Sea Fleet project. This “22 160 project” involves the construction of patrol ships by the Zelenodolsk Shipyard which were used by the Russian Navy during Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. Zelenodolsk Shipyard continues to produce ships for the Russian armed forces which are used in the war against Ukraine, such as the Grad Buyan Class M corvette (project 21631) or the Rzhev corvette (project 22800). Therefore, it is responsible for materially supporting actions which undermined or threatened the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine. It also materially supported and benefited from the Government of the Russian Federation, which is responsible for the annexation of Crimea and the destabilisation of Ukraine.

FORSS est une société russe qui fournit des services d’ingénierie à l’industrie de la construction navale. Elle suit les ordres du gouvernement de la Fédération de Russie. Elle a pris part au développement du projet “Vasily Bykov” de la flotte de la mer Noire. Ce “projet 22 160 ” comporte la construction de navires de patrouilles par Zelenodolsk Shipyard qui ont été utilisés par la marine russe pendant la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine.
