AIO controls the missile organizations Shahid Hemmat Industrial Group (SHIG) and the Shahid Bakeri Industrial Group (SBIG), both of which were designated in resolution 1737 (2006).

It is thus controlled by an entity engaged in Iran’s proliferation-sensitive nuclear activities (AIO).
