He is one of the leading businessmen operating in Belarus, and has had business interests in petroleum, coal transit, banking and other sectors. He is the co-owner of Bremino Group – a company that has enjoyed tax breaks and other forms of support from the Belarusian administration. His company BelKazTrans was granted an exclusive right to transfer coal through Belarus. In December 2020 he transferred some of his assets to his close business associates. According to media reports he still controls companies Interservice and Oil Bitumen Plant. He maintains business activities and close relations with authorities in Belarus and gave two luxury cars to Lukashenka. He also has business interests in Ukraine and Russia. He is therefore benefitting from and supporting the Lukashenka regime.

Il est l’un des principaux hommes d’affaires exerçant des activités en Biélorussie et il a eu des intérêts commerciaux dans les secteurs du pétrole, du transit de charbon et de la banque, notamment. Il est copropriétaire du groupe Bremino, société qui a bénéficié d’allègements fiscaux et d’autres formes de soutien de la part de l’administration biélorusse. Sa société BelKazTrans a obtenu un droit exclusif d’acheminer du charbon par la Biélorussie. En décembre 2020, il a transféré une partie de son patrimoine à ses proches associés. Selon les médias, il contrôle toujours les sociétés Interservice et Oil Bitumen Plant. Il entretient des activités commerciales et des relations étroites avec les autorités biélorusses et a offert deux voitures de luxe à Loukachenka. Il possède également des intérêts commerciaux en Ukraine et en Russie. Il tire donc profit du régime de Loukachenka et le soutient.
