Igor Viktorovich DEMIDENKO

Igor Viktorovich Demidenko is Major General and former Commander of the Western Operational Command of the Republic of Belarus. He was part of the Belarusian army, which has supported the Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine of 24 Feb 2022. In this former commander position, he was responsible for the participation of the troops under his command in the joint Belarusian-Russian military exercises, which prepared and facilitated Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine. He also took part and supervised the participation of his troops in those exercises. Igor Demidenko was therefore responsible for and actively supporting actions undermining the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, as well as stability and security in Ukraine.

Igor Viktorovich Demidenko est général de division et ancien commandant du Commandement opérationnel de l’Ouest de la République de Biélorussie. Il a fait partie de l’armée biélorusse, qui a soutenu l’agression militaire russe contre l’Ukraine du 24 février 2022. En son ancienne qualité de commandant, il a été responsable de la participation des troupes qui étaient sous son commandement aux exercices militaires conjoints russo-biélorusses, qui ont préparé et facilité la guerre d’agression menée par la Russie contre l’Ukraine. Il a également pris part à ces exercices et a supervisé la participation de ses troupes à ces exercices. Igor Demidenko a donc été responsable d’actions compromettant l’intégrité territoriale, la souveraineté et l’indépendance de l’Ukraine ainsi que la stabilité et la sécurité en Ukraine, et a soutenu activement ces actions.
